daidoji_giseiYesterday I learned that Mozilla was on the verge of releasing Firefox 3. Last night I learned that there is a movement afoot to set a world record for downloaded software in a 24 hour period. You can find more information about that here:

In the meantime, I want to proclaim my undying love for Firefox. I'll be downloading Firefox 3 into both my home and work computers, and I'll be trying to convince our (tiny) IT staff to do likewise on all the rest of the office computers. As they are both Mozilla fans (we use Firefox and Thunderbird exclusively) convincing them to get Firefox 3 isn't the issue: I just want to see if we can be part of the world record effort.
