I swear, I'm coming to your place for Thanksgiving sometime.

Interesting thing about the turkey. My sister doesn't really bother with even salt and pepper, I don't think. We don't use a lot of salt anyway in our family. Instead, she gets some margarine, mashes it up in her hands and spreads it over the turkey skin. All over it. I'm not a fan of turkey skin, but it does make it really nice.

Of course, we do in-the-bird stuffing, too.
