Post-fever ramblings

Friday morning I woke with a small, persistent cough which I attributed to my normal sinus issues that crop up whenever I don't drink enough water. But it lasted through the day despite my best hydrating intentions and by late afternoon it occurred to me that I was stuffy on the right side of my head. Oh, no. My serious sinus problems always start on the right side--I'm positive I've got defective plumbing up there.
