All my friends are doing it

I'm at work, but not clocked in, and an having a late breakfast at my desk. I had an annual physical this morning, complete with fasting blood test, and so my boss was completely ok with me having a bite of breakfast before starting work.

Natually, I had to amuse myself while eating.
