According to the National Weather Service, it's now -2F, or -17C. Thankfully, there is no wind at the moment, but waiting for the bus is still going to be very, very chilly.

Sunday I found my pedometer (again). Yay! Yesterday I racked up 10,293 steps. That's a little high for me; I had to bag and put out the bread and all those trips back and forth to the bread racks at the front of the store add up. My goal is to consistently hit 10,000, but that won't happen this week--it's too freaking cold to take recreational walks!

Steps taken today: 8,444. Much better than I had expected, especially since I spent most of this afternoon trapped in meeting. (Which featured, among other things, some of my fellow managers getting horribly emotional over whether employees should be permitted to use ipods after business hours.)
