Fiction!

Once again, dear flist, I have a fiction to report: Consequences. Because I am vain, I am going to ask that after you read it you go and check the first paragraph of Acts of Virtue, so that you can appreciate how long we've been planning this. (We actually had it in the pipeline before then; that was just the first chance to put in some foreshadowy goodness.)

I have mixed feelings about this one. I love how the structure of it came out, but I reread it after getting home tonight and cringed at the choppiness of the language, and how many unneeded words I had left in. I learn, and move on.
