Never write Crab fiction. Yes, I know they are one of y/our favorite clans, but they don't like your writing style so just move on. Also, make sure to never include Crab characters in fiction. You hate chuck norris, so there is no point to it.

As far as I'm concerned, the Crab are all about the world-weary warriors who know they're damned and do the job anyway, and the pragmatic engineers who repurpose anything they can get their hands on because proper supplies are never coming, and the lonely embittered shugenja who have no-one to talk to but their experiments, and and and -- where exactly is Chuck Norris supposed to fit into this picture?

Yeah, the Crab fans do have more than their fair share of ... what's a diplomatic way to say it? ... curmudgeons. Myself included, sometimes. I can't blame you for getting sick of their (our) blustering.
