I am so, so tired. Short form: Bakery growing furiously; I am short-staffed. Long form: takes too long to type, and I'm tired. However, things might possibly improve over the next few weeks, as I have increased the hours of my two day part-time people and have just hired a new night baker to replace the one I lost in February.

Thus, I hope to start posting in a semi-regular fashion soon. To ease me back in, I present a meme! Found via helen_keeble:

Everyone has things they blog about. Everyone has things they don't blog about. Challenge me out of my comfort zone by telling me something I don't blog about, but you'd like to hear about, and I'll write a post about it.
